Blueberry Crumb Cake做法

  1. Preheat oven to 350F°. Spray a 8-inch cake pan with cooking spray with flour (like Baker’s Joy) or just grease and flour; set aside.

  2. Using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat the butter and cream cheese until creamy, about 3 minutes. Gradually add sugar and beat well. Add egg and beat well .

  3. In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add to butter mixture slowly with mixer on low speed. Stir in vanilla. Gently fold in berries by hand. The batter will be very thick. Pour into prepared pans and smooth top gently with spatula. Pull the crumb mix from the refrigerator and ,with your fingertips, break it into pieces. There's no need to try to get even pieces--they are supposed be lumpy and bumpy. Scatter the crumbs over the batter, pressing them down ever so slightly.

  4. Bake for about 55 minutes. or until the crumbs are golden and a think knife inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.Transfer the cake to a rack and cool just until it is warm or until it reaches room temperature.

  1 1/3 pints fresh blueberries, picked through for stems

  Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Place 12 paper liners in muffin pans.

  In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes. With the mixer on low speed, add the eggs 1 at a time, then add the vanilla, Greek yogurt, and milk. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. With the mixer on low speed add the flour mixture to the batter and beat until just mixed. Fold in the blueberries with a spatula and be sure the batter is completely mixed.

  Scoop the batter into the prepared muffin pans, filling each cup just over the top, and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the muffins are lightly browned on top and a cake tester comes out clean.

  1鸡蛋两个,加入融化的黄油牛奶,拌匀。

  2面粉、糖、泡打粉拌匀,加入湿料中搅拌均匀成糊。

  3每个麦芬杯各放几颗蓝莓。面糊倒入麦芬杯至8分满,再在表面放若干蓝莓

  4烤箱预热200度。

  520-25分钟。

   材料:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease 12 muffin cups or line with paper baking cups. Set aside.

  2. Mix flour, 2/3 cup sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large bowl. Mix sour cream, milk, oil, egg, orange peel and vanilla in medium bowl. Add to flour mixture; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. (Batter will be thick and slightly lumpy.) Gently stir in blueberries.

  3. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups, filling each cup 2/3 full. Mix 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over muffins.

  4. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of muffins comes out clean. Serve warm with Honey Butter, if desired.

  【甜塔皮的做法】:

  1、将A搅拌至松发。

  2、加入B搅拌均匀。

  3、最后拌入C即可。

  【馅料做法】:

  1、把A搅拌至乳白,加入B混合均匀备用。

  2、将已发好了的芝士馅料舀入己备好了的甜塔皮模中。

  3、将蓝莓舀入挤花袋内,再挤进芝士馅料内,以蓝莓在表面做点装饰。

  4、以180~200度烤10分钟就大功告成了哦~

  作法

  1、烤箱预热至375° F。

  2、用黄油条把9x12英寸的深点的烤盘底部和侧面都抹一遍,防粘。(这个黄油/butter,是没列入材料里的/额外的,也不用溶化。)

  3、混合桃子,覆盆子,砂糖,玉米淀粉和肉豆蔻在大碗拌好。

  4、Bisquick粉加入牛奶和融化的黄油,搅搅,很快面团就成稀面团了。静置10分钟。把软面团用个勺子一团一团地倒在水果上,留点空。

  5、最后表面上撒点与红糖,回烤箱烤约20至30分钟,直到表面是金黄色,就好了。

  做法:

  1.预热烤箱至400华摄氏度

  2. 8英寸的方形烤盘抹上一层黄油条 。

  3.把所有的材料1混合好,倒入锅里,用小火煮,直到汁浓,起泡泡。把煮好的樱桃倒入烤盘。

  4.同时混合材料2里的面粉,发酵粉,小苏打 , 红糖。然后把黄油慢慢倒入,这时所有材料看上去像面包屑一样的粗纹理。

  5.加入牛奶,搅拌成软面团。

  6.把软面团用个勺子一团一团地倒在水果上,留点空。

  7.最后表面上撒点与红糖(也可以不用),回烤箱烤约20-25分钟,直到表面是金黄色,就好了。

  8.放到还有点微热的时候,放点奶油,再加勺冰淇淋。吃不完的,放冰箱。下次吃时可以用为微波炉热一下。

   材料:
   200g低筋麵粉,半茶匙發酵粉,新鮮完整的小紅莓,5 ounces白巧克力,120g黃油(含鹽的就不用加鹽了),少許鹽,很多很多的糖(200g以上),120g重奶油,120g芝士,3個雞蛋,半茶匙香草精,2茶匙橙皮,2大勺beurre noisette(榛子黃油,用水浴加熱後的黃油代替亦可)

  1.烤箱预热到325 degrees F/163°C

  2.黃油室溫融化,同時蛋與香草精混合攪勻,麵粉與發酵粉,鹽一齊篩過,為干材料

  3.中速攪一攪黃油,慢倒入白砂糖,中速攪3分鐘加入橙皮,芝士和重奶油.

  4.換低速,加入一半干材料,倒入2中的蛋液,再倒入餘下的干材料.

  5.取去自動攪拌機,加入半巧克力和小紅莓,用橡皮刀攪勻.

  6.將面糊倒入模具,輕輕敲一敲(去小泡),用橡皮刀在麵糊中間劃一刀,榛子黃油倒到刀口裏.

  7. 烘烤55到65分钟,直到蛋糕的顶部是金黄色,牙签插入出来是干净的.冷卻.

  8.可加巧克力glaze(層):1杯糖粉,3 ounces的融化白巧克力,2大勺全脂奶,1大勺Godiva white chocolate liqueur(利口酒) 糖.牛奶.酒.巧克力依次輕輕加入攪勻,倒在冷却后的蔓越莓磅蛋糕上,冷卻凝固即刻
